Dr. Karin Tansek graduated from Michigan State University School of Medicine with specialty training in Otolaryngology and General Surgery. She is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Karin has lectured extensively on many head and neck related issues such as TMJ, sinusitis, ear infections, tumors, and the use of lasers in Otolaryngology. One of Karin’s chief practice areas is in sinus surgeries. Karin serves on the Board of the Minnesota Medial Association and the Board of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. Karin is the Treasurer/Secretary of MN Women’s Physicians and is a member of the National Grassroots Committee of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. She lives in Edina with her husband and son.
