I have always wanted to work in health care. It was during an internship with a hearing aid manufacturer when I became interested in audiology. The more I learned, the more I was led down the path to becoming an audiologist.
I have found that it is a great match for me – I love working with patients! It is so fulfilling to help diagnose, treat and find solutions to my patients’ hearing-related disorders. In the process, I’ve found I can truly make a positive change in the lives of others and as a result, I’m rewarded with long-term relationships with my patients. I truly can’t imagine myself doing anything else!
On my days off, I enjoy doing anything outdoors including kayaking, hiking, and walking my dog, Ella. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
