Customer service beyond my expectations
I would publicly like to recognize Mollie Carson (Purdy) my Audiologist. She helped me navigate the complex options of choosing a set of hearing aides to meet my unique hearing needs. She has been with me every step of the way as I got used to the new hearing aides and had some device problems.

The staff here is so helpful and nice! Starting with scheduling, then to front desk, nursing, audiologists and doctors. I can tell that everyone here genuinely cares about patient care and they truly listen to what you have to say!

I have worn hearing aids for almost 25 years. Ashley has been the best audiologist I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, caring, explains well, patiently listens to concerns in adjusting to new hearing aids in order to get the best hearing results possible. It is clear she wants only the best for her
