COVID-19 response
The physicians and staff of Oakdale Ear Nose & Throat Clinic want to assure patients that we strictly adhere to all guidelines recommended by the Center for Disease Control and the Minnesota Department of Health and have put in place a number of extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our patients, staff, and communities.
Face masks
We ask that all patients and visitors to wear a face mask to guard against COVID-19 transmission. Individuals without a face covering will not be able to enter the clinic and will need to reschedule their appointment.
Patient screenings
We will screen all patients at the time of scheduling, and again at the time of appointment. Patients will be asked questions related to any symptoms and known exposure to anyone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19. Using an abundance of caution, patients who indicate any level of risk will not be scheduled for in-office visits and will be encouraged to contact their primary care provider.
Social distancing
To facilitate social distancing at its clinics, we have adjusted our appointment scheduling to limit the number of individuals in our waiting rooms at any one time, and keep waiting times to a minimum. Waiting areas arranged for social distancing.
Disinfection
All surfaces in our waiting rooms and clinics are cleaned and disinfected between every patient visit and multiple times throughout each day.
